Comprised of Service Desk Engineers, Professional Services Engineers, Network Engineers, and Centralized Services Engineers, the team ensures seamless operation, optimized performance, and prompt resolution of infrastructure and network challenges. The Service Desk Manager and Service Manager oversee the team's performance and service quality.
