Michelle Taylor

Michelle Taylor is an experienced professional with a background in project planning and resource management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Planner and Engineering Resource Manager at Control Southern since September 2014, Michelle actively manages employee and contractor resources to optimize capacity and utilization for various projects, focusing on resource forecasting, capacity planning, skill management, resource acquisition, allocation, and KPI reporting.
