Dixon Conn

Dixon Conn is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the fluid power and automation industries. Since January 1984, Dixon has served as the Chairman of the Board and Owner of Controlled Fluids, Inc., where responsibilities include directing product development, sales initiatives, acquisitions, and overall company growth. Additionally, Dixon held the position of President at Controlled Fluids, overseeing operations as a fluid power distributor with machine automation capabilities. Prior to this, Dixon was the Director of Business Development at Fluid Power Associates, Inc. from September 2002 to May 2015, and served as Managing Member at Cutting Force Technologies in 2012-2013. Dixon holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Texas A&M University, obtained between 1975 and 1977.
