Abia Rosa

Abia Rosa, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Vexos since May 2024, where responsibilities include collaboration with site leadership to enhance company culture and optimize operational processes. Prior to this role, Abia held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Vexos | ControlTek, advising management on HR policies, leading training, and managing workplace accommodations. With a diverse background in HR roles at companies such as ControlTek, Perkins & Co, Yesware, Inc., Captains of Industry, and Akiban Technologies, Abia has developed expertise in employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance across multiple organizations. Abia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UMass Boston and is currently pursuing an MBA at Washington State University.
