Caitlin Giberson

Caitlin Giberson (MacKay) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and event management industry. Currently serving as Senior Housing Director at Convention Management Resources since June 2010, Caitlin has played a vital role in enhancing the attendee experience through the management of convention housing and registration. Previous positions include Housing Director, Housing Manager, and Program Support Administrator at CMR, as well as Graduate Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Washington State University's School of Hospitality Business Management. Caitlin has also held the role of Facility Manager at University Recreation, supervising student staff and ensuring high standards of customer service.
