Adam Steinman

Adam Steinman serves as the Head of Customer Experience at ConverseNow.AI since June 2024, bringing extensive expertise from previous roles, including Head of Customer Experience at Valyant AI and Corporate Strategy and Transformation at CKE Restaurants, Inc. At CKE Restaurants, Adam coordinated digital projects to enhance operations and guest experiences, previously holding the position of Operations Project Manager where operational initiatives were led to automate processes and improve access to information. Earlier in the career at Zachry Group, Adam overhauled foodservice operations with a focus on guest experience and optimized performance metrics. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-San Antonio, a Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
