Carly Grossfield

Carly Grossfield is an accomplished investment professional currently serving as an Investor at Conversion Capital since October 2024. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill & Co. from May 2023 to September 2024, with a focus on Healthcare and Technology M&A. Earlier roles include being a Student Ambassador and Dzialga Women in Finance Fellow at the Duke Financial Economics Center, and serving as a Statistics and Economics Teaching Assistant at Duke University. Carly also gained investment banking experience as a Summer Analyst at Greenhill & Co. in 2022, in addition to other roles such as Managing Director at TutorTies and Summer Analyst at MidCap Financial. Carly holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a Finance Concentration and a Computer Science Minor from Duke University, and is a graduate of Georgetown Day School after participating in a School Year Abroad program.
