Judith Hitchens

Judith Hitchens is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading PMO functions across various industries, including insurance, pensions, and financial services. Currently serving as the PMO Manager at Convex Insurance, Judith oversees the offshore Change Enablement team, supporting a broad portfolio of projects. Previous roles include leading the Program Management Office at RSA, where Judith focused on the Claims Roadmap Transformation Programme, and managing a substantial transformation initiative at The Pensions Regulator. Judith has a strong background in stakeholder management, governance, and resource tracking, with proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
