Jake Hauss

Jake Hauss serves as the Chief Of Staff at Convive Brands, a New York-based hospitality group with over 70 restaurants. Previously, Jake held the position of Director of People Operations at In Good Taste Wines, where a comprehensive HR function was established for a growth-mode CPG startup. Jake also provided talent and engagement advisory services for startups, including a luxury homewares brand, and worked as a Program Manager at Hello Alfred, focusing on talent systems. Earlier experience includes roles in people and culture at Dig Inn and as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Topper's at The Wauwinet, a renowned dining establishment. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and has formal training from The Culinary Institute of America.
