Caitlin Castellani MSN, RN-BC has a diverse nursing background, currently serving as a Nurse Recruiter and Nurse Residency Coordinator at Conway Regional Health System since March 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance Coordinator for the Stroke Program and Staff Registered Nurse at UAMS - University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences from July 2012 to April 2018. Caitlin holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Education from American Sentinel College, completed in 2019, as well as an MSN in Nursing Management and Organizational Leadership from the same institution, earned between 2019 and 2020. Educational foundations were established at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where a degree was obtained from 2010 to 2012.
