C. Tate Hayes

C. Tate Hayes, MPAS, PA-C, is a dedicated Physician Assistant Certified currently serving at Cook Children's Health Care System since July 2024. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at North Texas Orthopedics and three years at Orthopedic Associates of Dallas, both as a Physician Assistant Certified. C. Tate Hayes began formal training as a Physician Assistant Student at UNT Health Science Center, supplemented by a role as Director of Nutrition and Food Science and Scholarship Foundation Coordinator at The Initiative, LLC, where responsibilities included managing a scholarship program and developing community lectures. C. Tate Hayes also gained experience as an Emergency Room Scribe at College Station Medical Center. C. Tate Hayes holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UNT Health Science Center and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University.
