Aiman Tulaimat

Aiman Tulaimat has extensive experience in medical leadership and education, currently serving as Chair and Director of Sleep Medicine Services at Cook County Health since 2008. Additionally, Aiman holds the position of Interim Chair of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. At Rush University Medical Center, Aiman has served as an Assistant Professor since 2002. Aiman contributed to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County as Vice President and Treasurer of the Executive Medical Staff from February 2015 to February 2019 and directed the fellowship program from 2008 to August 2014. Aiman completed a Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center from November 1999 to October 2012 and worked as a Resident Physician at Weiss Memorial Hospital from August 1996 to August 1999. Aiman earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Damascus University between 1988 and 1994 and also studied at the School of Public Health from 1994 to 1995.
