Neil James has extensive experience in sales and technical roles across various companies. At COOK Trading Ltd since May 2021, Neil serves as a Production Reporter and Head Of Department. Prior to this, Neil spent nearly two decades at Canon (UK) in multiple sales-focused positions, including Software Sales Consultant, Sales Development Manager, Sales Development Executive, Systems Development Executive, and Systems Specialist, driving software sales and assisting partners in adapting to the digital marketplace. Earlier career roles included Customer Support Representative at Dixons Retail, Senior Technician and Repair Technician at BT, and Technical Inspector at GEC Avionics.
