Luke Cadigan is a highly experienced trial attorney currently serving as Partner in Charge in Boston and Head of Business Litigation for the East Coast at Cooley LLP since July 2016. Cadigan specializes in securities enforcement matters, complex commercial litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance advice. Prior experience includes a partnership in the Government Enforcement Practice Group at K&L Gates LLP and serving as Assistant Director in the Enforcement Division at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where oversight included high-stakes investigations and significant enforcement actions. Cadigan’s legal career began at Ropes and Gray, focusing on complex business litigation and white-collar criminal defense, following a clerkship with Honorable Edward F. Harrington.
