Sarah Young

Sarah Young is a finance professional with extensive experience in the legal sector. Currently serving as the Director of Finance - Europe at Cooley LLP since January 2015, Sarah leads the finance team in London, overseeing tax, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance while fulfilling the role of Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA). Prior to this, Sarah held the position of Head of Finance (Europe & Asia) at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP from February 2004 to January 2015 and worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte LLP from September 1996 to February 2004. Sarah holds a BA Hons degree in Politics and Social Sciences from the University of Sussex, completed in 1996, and attended The Tiffin Girls' Grammar School from 1986 to 1993.
