Mark Luttmann

Mark Luttmann is a seasoned professional in the field of biomedical research and program management with over three decades of experience. Currently serving as Program Manager at the COPD Foundation since September 2021, Mark oversees COPD360Net, an initiative aimed at expediting clinical trials for new therapies and digital health tools. Prior to this role, Mark spent 30 years at GSK, where positions included R&D Operations Manager and R&D Drug Discovery Biologist, focusing on innovative R&D strategies and drug discovery related to human airway diseases. Earlier in Mark's career, a Research Specialist role at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine involved physiological studies of skeletal muscle mechanics. Mark holds a B.S. in Biology from Penn State University and further education from The Wharton School.
