David Ayers

David Ayers currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering Services at Copeland since June 2023. Prior to this role, David held various leadership positions at Emerson from January 1999 to March 2024, including Vice President of Engineering for Refrigeration, Vice President of Engineering - Asia, General Manager of the Emerson Xian Engineering Center, and Director of Global Engineering, overseeing product development for HVAC industry components. Previous experience includes roles as Test Engineer at Micro Precision - Textron and Engineering Technician at Huffy Corporation. David Ayers holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University Fort Wayne and an MBA in Business Management from Wright State University.
