Rob Hunt

Rob Hunt is an experienced professional in lean practices and continuous improvement, serving as the Director of Lean Practice at Lean Focus since May 2022. Additionally, Rob has been a Shingo Prize Examiner since March 2008. Previous roles include Lean Specialist and Continuous Improvement Manager at The Toro Company from July 2020 to November 2022, Lean Manager at Polaris Industries from March 2012 to May 2020, and RCI Manager for The HON Company from August 2009 to February 2012. Rob's career in continuous improvement began at Hearth & Home Technologies, where Rob worked from 1988 to 2009 as a Rapid Continuous Improvement Manager. Rob's educational background includes training at Lincoln Technical Institute from 1984 to 1986.
