Stephane Bertagnolio

Stephane Bertagnolio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, business management, and research. Currently serving as Vice President for Global Power Electronics and Global Electronic Platforms at Copeland since June 2023, Stephane leads the transformation of regional engineering teams into a cohesive global organization within Emerson's Cold Chain business. Prior to this role, Stephane held various leadership positions at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, including roles focused on unifying engineering organizations and developing innovative solutions. In addition, Stephane has contributed to academia as a Scientific Collaborator at the University of Liège since 2015 and has authored research on building energy efficiency. Educational credentials include a PhD in Engineering and an MBA from Warwick Business School, alongside degrees in Business Administration and Electromechanical Engineering from HEC Liège and the University of Liège.
