Franck Fırat Köksel

Franck Fırat Köksel is a seasoned professional in talent management and operational leadership, currently serving as the Head of Talent at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners since September 2024. Previously, Franck held the role of Director of People and Operations at Alysian, where responsibilities included building a digital transformation consultancy for the Private Equity sector. Franck has significant experience at Revolut as Global Head of People Strategy, leading initiatives for scaling a workforce to over 5,000 employees, and at McKinsey & Company, where Franck advanced through various roles, culminating in Director of People, focusing on talent acquisition and transformation during the COVID-19 crisis. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk, leading business transformations and operational efficiencies across multiple regions, and serving as a Reconnaissance Platoon Commander in the Turkish Armed Forces. Franck holds a BSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a minor in International Economics from Middle East Technical University, along with several professional certifications in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
