Shayne Rouse

Shayne Rouse serves as the Head of Permitting, Right of Way, and Colocation at Copilot Net LLC since April 2022, specializing in compliance review for engineering and permitting of Aerial facilities for various power companies across the nation. Previously held the position of Outside Plant Engineer at Chickasaw Network Services from November 2020 to May 2022, managing the engineering and permitting for Verizon Wireless small cell expansion. Prior experience includes serving as Engineer IV at Ericsson from August 2015 to July 2020, with expertise in GO95 and NESC regulations and high to low-level network design across multiple U.S. markets. Rouse began the career as a Project Manager & Aerial Engineer at EA Engineering Associates from July 2013 to August 2015, focusing on OSP Engineering and specialized wind loading designs. Rouse holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Redlands, earned between 2010 and 2013.
