Nicole Simmons possesses extensive experience in hospitality management, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Copper Mountain Resort since November 2019. Previous roles at Copper Mountain include Rental Owner Services Coordinator, Front Desk Supervisor, and Front Desk Lead, where responsibilities included training staff and ensuring efficient front desk operations. Earlier experience includes supervisory roles at Forever Resorts and various front desk positions across multiple resorts, emphasizing guest relations and efficient check-in/check-out processes. Nicole holds a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University, along with an Associate's degree in the same field from Edison State Community College.
