Rohit Pande

Rohit Pande is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles, currently serving as the Regional Vice President at Copperleaf Technologies in India since September 2022. Prior to this, Rohit spent over two decades at IBM India Ltd., where responsibilities included leading large complex deal closures as part of Enterprise Sales, overseeing sales of Watson AI Apps, and developing channel strategies for software across India and South Asia. Rohit held various leadership positions within IBM, focusing on software sales across different market segments and global system integrators, and played a pivotal role in the sales integration of the Telelogic acquisition. Earlier experience includes serving as the Business Manager for Engineering Solutions at NIIT. Rohit holds an Advanced Sales Leadership degree from Boston University and a PGDM in Sales & Marketing from the International Management Institute.
