Melissa Malcolm

Melissa Malcolm, CTMP, is the Founder and HR Strategist of Malcolm HR Consulting Inc., where services include Talent & Performance Management, HR Strategy, Recruitment, and Fractional HR Leadership for SMBs, Entrepreneurs, and Nonprofit Organizations. In addition, Melissa serves as an Activator at Coralus and as an Expert-in-Residence at the DMZ, providing HR strategy guidance to entrepreneurs. Previously, Melissa held various roles at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and the Ontario Ministry of Finance, culminating in positions as Manager in the Strategic Business Unit and HR Strategic Business Advisor. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Law from Ryerson University and a Business Administration Diploma in Human Resources from Seneca Polytechnic.
