Antoine Karam

Antoine Karam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory and board roles across various companies. Currently serving as an Equity Partner and Board Member at Corcel Plc, Antoine also provides advisory support to the Chairman and Board at Ascent Resources plc and engages as an Advisor and Negotiator with CMC Construction Ravenna. Additionally, Antoine holds advisory positions with companies such as Cea and Life120, and serves as Founder and Chairman of the Board at Aproovia. Antoine has been an Advisor with Sixiang Holding since 2017 and has been a Board Member and Advisor with Openway Group since 2016, supporting a global network of over 187 financial institutions. Antoine co-founded AfriMart, an e-commerce platform for African commodities, and has been involved with Gab Lotto Limited since 2015. Antoine earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and studied at Xavier University - Williams College of Business in 1982-1983.
