Michael Barnacle

Michael Barnacle is the District Office Manager & Partner of Corcoran Global Living in San Francisco – Upper Market/Potrero Hill, CA. Michael previously worked as a Realtor for Zephyr Real Estate from April 2013 to February 2020, where they were also the Managing Broker/Partner of Zephyr Pacific Heights.

Barnacle arrived in San Francisco in 2012 from Boston. Michael quickly became a Top Producing Agent and member of Top Agent Network ("TAN"), open only to Agents in the top 10% of the city. In 2015, they were named Managing Broker of Zephyr Pacific Heights and became a Partner in 2017.

As a member of the Zephyr management team, Barnacle takes pride in their focus on Agent success, which has made Zephyr the #1 selling real estate company in San Francisco. Michael also serves as a Director of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, and a member of the Finance and Manager's Council Committees, and previously served on the Global Business Council and Standard Forms Committees.

When he’s not working, Barnacle is the Past-President of the Board of the Irish Cultural Center in San Francisco, and a Member of the SF-Cork Sister City Committee.
