Erika Blair

Erika Blair is an accomplished R&D program manager currently at Cordis since July 2024, previously serving as a product development manager at Breg from May 2019 to July 2024, where notable achievements include the successful launch of new product lines and implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance processes. With a strong background in engineering, Erika has held various roles including senior product development engineer and product design engineer at leading medical device companies, contributing to significant projects such as the Polar Care Wave cold therapy device and implantable devices for oncology. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, complemented by early design and engineering experiences through innovative student projects and internships.
