Stephanie Opela

Stephanie Opela is an experienced professional in change management and corporate training, currently serving as the Change Management Lead at Core & Main since September 2023. Prior to this, Stephanie held the position of Senior Corporate Training Specialist at Lumeris from April 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included collaboration, content development, and training facilitation for staff across various business units. Before joining Lumeris, Stephanie was the Director of Curriculum and Federal Programs/Instructional Facilitator at Ritenour School District Adm from July 2010 to April 2021, focusing on instructional and curricular programs in a high-need urban community. Stephanie Opela holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Lindenwood University, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Science in Family Relations and Child Development from Oklahoma State University.
