Engineering Team

The Engineering Team at Core Molding Technologies is responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of production processes for fiberglass reinforced plastics. This includes designing, implementing, and refining manufacturing techniques such as compression molding, resin transfer, and vacuum resin transfer molding. The team ensures product quality, oversees new product launches, manages tooling and controls, and continuously seeks innovative materials and methods to enhance efficiency and output.
