Anita founded Knowledge-Based Engineering / Data-Based Engineering Inc., building it into a successful woman-owned consultancy specializing in IT solutions for government and commercial clients. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from George Mason University. Throughout a career that began in the early 1980s, Anita has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects, delivering cybersecurity services, and driving innovation in technology solutions.
