Elizabeth Roseman currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards at Corebridge Financial, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was the Head of Broad-Based Compensation and Global Programs at Merck, where strategic leadership for global compensation practices was provided from March 2021 to October 2022. Elizabeth also held the position of Global Head of Executive Compensation and LTI Strategy at Allergan from September 2017 to March 2021, focusing on the total rewards program for the executive team. Earlier in the career, Elizabeth served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs and worked as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP specializing in executive compensation. Elizabeth earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006.
