Jessica Stys

Jessica Stys is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational readiness. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Talent Development at Corebridge Financial since July 2023, Jessica previously held roles as Sr. Consultant at Slalom and Founder & Principal Consultant at Stys Consulting, focusing on change management and program design. Jessica spent six years at TE Connectivity, where roles included Director of Organizational Development, HR Director for PMO & Organizational Readiness, and Sr. Manager of HR Organizational Readiness, leading various HR initiatives impacting over 70,000 stakeholders. Additional experience includes lecturing at The Wharton School and positions at The University of Pennsylvania and Merck, contributing to professional development and change management strategies. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Penn State University and a Master of Education in Adult & Organizational Development from Temple University.
