Isaac Lund

Isaac Lund is a highly experienced professional in the battery technology and cleantech sectors. Currently serving as Staff Battery Scientist at Coreshell since March 2024, Isaac previously held roles as Principal Cell Engineer at Amprius Inc, where management of the scale-up prelithiation project for the Army MANtech initiative was a key responsibility. Isaac's background includes acting as a Venture Partner at Rebel One, focusing on scouting impact companies, and serving as VP of Business Development at GDI, contributing to Series A fundraising and strategy development. Earlier experience includes positions at BMW of North America, where supervision of projects on advanced battery technologies took place, and co-founding B.E.S.S. Technologies, which focused on novel anode materials for high-capacity Li-ion batteries. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium, a PhD in Nanotechnology, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science from UC Irvine.
