Ralf-Michael Franke

Mr. Ralf-Michael Franke joined Siemens in 1985 and brings decades of leadership and expertise in the industrial space. In 1998, he took over as Head of Quality Assurance, and in 2000 took charge of coordinating the inter-divisional development of the new SINAMICS drives platform. From 2003 onwards, he managed the top+ company program Innovation in Munich. In 2004, he became CEO of the Siemens Industrial Automation Systems Business Unit. In 2011, he took over leadership of the Drive Technologies division. As of October 2014, Mr. Ralf-Michael Franke served as the CEO of the Factory Automation Business Unit.
