Patrick Hogan

Patrick Hogan currently serves as Principal at Cornerstone Government Affairs since October 2023. Prior to this role, Hogan was the Vice Chancellor for Government Relations at the University System of Maryland from November 2015 to October 2023. Hogan also held positions within the Office of the Governor of Maryland as Deputy Legislative Officer and as a State Legislator in the Maryland General Assembly, where active service occurred from January 2011 to January 2015 and from January 2003 to January 2007 respectively. Hogan's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Development at the YMCA of Frederick County from March 2007 to July 2011. Patrick Hogan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.
