Tracy Cleeton

Tracy Cleeton serves as Chief Technology Officer and Director of IT at Saga Communications, where responsibilities include managing a Microsoft Dynamics accounting system for 28 business units and overseeing IT operations for 1,600 users. Previous roles at Saga include Director of Infrastructure, where Tracy implemented ITIL service components and consolidated Exchange servers. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Education and Certification for Project Management Institute’s Thumb Chapter, IT Manager at Oetiker Inc, and teaching MS Office classes at St. Clair County Community College. Tracy holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity from Walsh College and an MBA from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies, among other academic credentials.
