Delvin Hall

Delvin Hall is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Founding Principal at Onyx Equity Partners, specializing in community development through comprehensive real estate investment and development services. In addition, Delvin is an Affordable Housing Leadership Fellow at Coro Northern California, where collaboration with industry leaders addresses affordable housing challenges. Previous experience includes managerial roles at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, overseeing acquisitions and business development, and serving as a Bay Area Developers of Color Fellow with the Urban Land Institute. Further experience encompasses roles at Skanska, CBRE, and various firms focusing on commercial property management, asset management, and accounting. Delvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Mercer University.
