Ed Cook

Ed Cook is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Board Member at CorpAxe since December 2018 and as Managing Director, Global Head of Liquid Capital Markets & Corporate Solutions at BlackRock since May 2012. Prior to these roles, Ed held the position of Head of Syndicate - EMEA at UBS Investment Bank from September 2005 to May 2012 and worked in Equity Capital Markets at BNP Paribas from September 2003 to September 2005. Ed Cook earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geography with Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2000 to 2003, following attendance at St Edwards School Oxford from 1995 to 1999.
