Corporate Leadership Center's mission is two-fold:

Corporate Leadership Center was established as a non-profit organization in 2002 by Co-Chairmen Sheila Penrose and Cheryl Francis. The organization's proven success is driven by its Leadership Team and Board of Directors, who have served as CEOs, Chairmen and Board members of Fortune 500 and other leading companies.
