Douglas Clark

Douglas Clark currently serves as the Executive Director of the Arizona Corporation Commission, overseeing 300 employees and managing regulations related to utilities, railroads, pipeline companies, and corporate filings since March 2023. Prior to this, Douglas held the position of Director of Public Works for the City of Bellevue, Nebraska, from January 2021 to March 2023, and founded Clark Insight LLC, where responsibilities included supporting business organizations and local communities in infrastructure development from February 2018 to January 2021. Douglas has also held managerial roles in various companies including Northern Natural Gas and Tenaska, and served as President of the Metropolitan Utilities District and Chairman of the Board for Natural Gas Vehicles for America. Douglas started their career in government affairs with Utilicorp and was the Director for Welcome Home Youth. Douglas holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
