Rhonda Lee, MSc., MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, policy compliance, and leadership. Currently serving as Program Manager at the Corporation to Develop Communities of Tampa, Inc., Rhonda oversees the YouthBuild program, including counseling, vocational training, and civic engagement.
