Nigel Smart

Nigel Smart is an advisor at Cosmian and a Doctoral student at École normale supérieure. Nigel has a degree in Mathematics and Cryptography from the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. Nigel was a research intern at the CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique from October 2017 to September 2020. Nigel's thesis was on Homomorphic Cryptography and Privacy and was defended on May 2021.

Nigel Smart studied mathematics at the Université de Limoges, where they obtained their Licence mathématiques. Nigel then studied cryptology at the Ecole normale supérieure, where they obtained their Thèse de doctorat.
