Laurent Arbicha

Laurent Arbicha is an experienced International Project Manager at COSMO CONSULT since April 2022, specializing in the integration of Microsoft ERP, CRM, and BI solutions. Responsibilities include managing national and international SaaS project deployments, partner management, risk management, and change management. Prior to COSMO CONSULT, Laurent served as Chef de Projet ERP at Vulco France, overseeing ERP solution deployments across 25 retail locations. Laurent previously held various roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, including Digital & B2B EMEA Manager, where responsibilities involved leading the development of a B2B ordering tool and standardizing Europe’s Order To Cash processes. Education includes a Master's degree in Grande distribution from EM Strasbourg Business School and a BTS in Action Co-Negoce&Mécanique Autos.
