Hollie Lovegrove

Hollie Lovegrove possesses extensive experience in the coffee industry, primarily at Costa Coffee since January 2010. Currently serving as a Data Steward for Costa Express and as a Business Analytics Manager, Hollie leads the Data Analytics Team, providing strategic recommendations for business growth through insightful reporting. Previous roles include Operations Lead for Project Imogen, which focused on implementing a new telemetry platform, and managing a diverse team within the Operational Development Department. Hollie’s early career includes positions at CEMEX as a Sales Agent and at JAG builders as a Builders Labourer, with education completed at Langley Grammar School from 1996 to 2001.
