Rhys Iley

Rhys Iley is a seasoned retail and operations executive currently serving as the Retail and Operations Director for Costa Coffee in the UK and Ireland since July 2024. Iley holds several leadership roles including Chairman of Puffin Produce Ltd and Pembrokeshire Creamery Ltd, as well as Company Owner of Cribyn Coffee Company. With experience as an International Retail Executive and Consultant for SHC since January 2017, Iley has provided strategic support to various companies in M&A and international strategy. Additional roles include being an investor in London Sock Company, a partner in Scethrog Southdowns, and a Freeman of the City of London with The Woolmen. Iley has also served as an advisor at Vendigital and a trustee for Treloar’s, supporting young individuals with disabilities. Iley is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, having completed the Advanced Management Programme in 2010.
