Ursula's background includes significant positions at Expedia Group, where responsibilities included Automation Manager and Customer Experience Manager, and a brief tenure as Digital Strategic Initiatives Manager at Argos. Ursula went on a career break for travel between November 2017 and December 2018 before returning to Argos as Operations Development Manager.
