Jane Wilson

Dr Jane Wilson was appointed to the board of the Company effective 1st April 2019.

Dr Wilson holds a medical degree from The University of Queensland and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She is Co-Chair of the Federal Government’s Australian Advisory Board on Technology and Healthcare Competitiveness. In the early 2000s Dr Wilson was the Inaugural Chair of Horticulture Australia and served on the Council of Rural Research and Development Corporations’ Chairs. She was also a Director of the General Sir John Monash Foundation until December 2019.

Dr Wilson serves as a Guardian of the Future Fund Board, Australia’s Sovereign Wealth Fund, in addition to serving as a non-executive director of Transurban Ltd and Sonic Healthcare Ltd.
