Antonio Caraballo

Antonio Caraballo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pipeline integrity and management. Currently serving as the Pipelines Discipline Manager at Costain Group PLC since July 2024, Antonio previously held the position of Director of Inspection and Integrity Management at ICR Integrity, where full accountability for the division's P&L was managed. Noteworthy roles include FPS Integrity Manager at INEOS Forties Pipeline System, Board Member at UKOPA, and Pipeline Integrity Team Leader at bp, along with various senior engineering positions in esteemed organizations such as Aramco and Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants. Antonio holds an Executive MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Change of Service of Pipelines for CO2 Transportation from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander.
