Harry Walters

Harry Walters is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure projects, currently serving as a Senior Engineer (Contract) at Costain Group PLC since May 2024. Previously, Harry held the position of Civils Lead for the Warrnambool Line Upgrade Stage 2 at DT Infrastructure from August 2023 to May 2024, overseeing a $40 million contract for the upgrade of 18 level crossings. With a strong background at Downer, including roles as Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer, Harry managed significant projects such as the $300 million Waurn Ponds Railway Station Upgrade and the $40 million Warrnambool Line Upgrade Stage 2. Additional experience includes working as a Graduate Site Engineer at Lendlease and an Undergraduate Site Engineer at Coleman Rail, where contributions spanned various civil and rail projects. Harry earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil, Structural & Environmental Engineering from the University of Adelaide and experienced study abroad at The University of Sheffield.
