Tiago Rosa

Tiago Rosa is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as Tax Director and Head of Tax at CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tiago Rosa held various positions at EY Portugal from September 2013 to March 2023, including Partner of International Tax and Transaction Services, where expertise in private equity, real estate, and hospitality was showcased while managing a significant budget. Tiago Rosa also excelled as Senior Manager and Consultant at EY, directing multinational groups on taxation matters and overseeing complex international restructuring initiatives. Earlier in career, Tiago Rosa practiced law at RSA - Rede de Serviços de Advocacia, focusing on legal due diligence and real estate transactions. Academically, Tiago Rosa holds a Post-Graduation in Real Estate Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, a Master’s Degree in Law and Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, complemented by a Professional Traineeship with the Portuguese Bar Association.
